FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT COMPLETE HOME FILTRATION SOLUTIONS
Please reach us at [email protected] if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Once your Jila Water Whole Home Filtration System is installed you will be added to our client database. This activates your warranty and also places you in our reminder system for filter changes and systems checks. We contact all our clients at around the 11-month mark to remind them about your filters and book a filter change.
However, if you notice any change in the taste or smell of your water you may need to change them early. If you think this is the case please email us at [email protected]
The difference between the Jila Water Whole Home Filtration System and the Premium Jila Water Whole Home Filtration System is the addition of an under sink Reverse Osmosis unit.
Reverse Osmosis is not recommended for the whole home due to the water waste necessary for ‘washing water’.
The team here at Jila Water will gladly come to your local home and give you an accurate quote as this will involve a quick site visit from one of our friendly water tech team members.
They will first carry out a water test to determine the type of water filter system that is required and a site inspection to estimate the total costs of a system installed at your home.
Depending on you, the customer, and the water type, eg alkaline, etc, raw water quality, if it’s tank water or is it coming from the mains supply. Do you have high chlorine or is it hard water along with the general usage and finally your home’s water pressure?
We will also look at the installation requirements and where we can get mains access are all factors that affect final costs.
Prices normally range from $997 to $4798
