Yes. No callout fee, no deposit, no contract to sign. We test at the tap, walk you through what we find and leave you with a recommendation. If a whole house system isn’t the right answer for your place, we’ll tell you that.
Treated water is safe to drink, and we don’t suggest otherwise. What most of our customers are after is different: getting rid of the chlorine taste and smell, stopping scale from building up on glass, tapware and inside the hot water system, and dealing with sediment. Because the system arrives assembled, plumbed and pressure-tested from our workshop, the on-site work is a single visit rather than a build. Your licensed plumber will confirm the exact water-off window when the install is booked, and it’s a fraction of the visit rather than the whole day.
No. Final installation is carried out by a licensed plumber at your property as part of the job. You don’t need to organise trades or coordinate between suppliers.
Cartridges are consumables and need changing on a schedule — that’s true of every system, ours included, and we’d rather you hear it before you buy. We supply replacement filters and onsite servicing across SEQ, and if you’d rather do it yourself there’s a step-by-step guide to changing your own cartridges.
Yes. A whole house system handles the water going to every outlet, and many customers pair it with an under-sink reverse osmosis unit for drinking and cooking water at the kitchen. We’ll cover whether that combination makes sense for you during the test.
